The swoopy top tube and 70 and deg;/72 and deg; head and seat tube angles create a slack-feeling cockpit with plenty of standover for my size large test bike, but the 22. 8" actual (23. 8" effective) top tube accompanied by a 110mm FSA OS170 stem felt short and had me sitting off the back of the saddle on the slightest decent. Im 6 tall and according to Marins website this is the size for me, but I think an XL frame needs to be added to their lineup. With a longer top tube it would also be easier to use a water bottle cage, because there isnt much room for mounting and only a 16oz. bottle can be used. There is another mounting spot on the underside of the down tube if you dont mind eating a little dirt. More room to access the Schrader valve on the rear shock would also be nice.
